India opened their Kho Kho World Cup campaign with a thrilling 42-37 victory over Nepal at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium. From the very first turn, India’s aggressive play set the tone. Captain Pratik Waikar led by example, dismantling Nepal’s defense within the first 60 seconds.
India dominated Turn 1 with Pratik Waikar and Ramji Kashyap executing brilliant flying dives. The host team raced to a 14-point lead effortlessly.
