This recognition highlights KKFI’s remarkable efforts in promoting Kho Kho on national and international stages, setting new benchmarks for traditional Indian sports.
The award was presented during the India Sports Awards Ceremony, held as part of FICCI TURF 2024: The 14th Global Sports Summit at FICCI Federation House, New Delhi.
This milestone achievement is a testament to KKFI’s visionary leadership under the guidance of Sh. Sudhanshu Mittal, Sh. M.S. Tyagi, and the dedicated KKFI team. The announcement was made by the esteemed Jury Team of the India Sports Awards, chaired by Charu Sharma, co-founder of the Pro Kabaddi League, alongside other prominent sports figures, including Vijay Lokapally, Dr. Amit Bhalla, Amrit Mathur, Manjushree Dayanand, Deepak Jacob, and Sonali Chander.
