Premium High-Density Kho Kho Mats & Tournament-Grade Court Equipment by Gravolite
Kho Kho is evolving rapidly—from traditional grounds to professionally managed academies, indoor facilities, national championships, and international competitions.
As the speed and intensity of the sport increase, the playing surface matters more than ever.
A high-quality Kho Kho court needs more than cushioning. It needs grip, impact absorption, stability, durability, and a surface engineered specifically for the movements of Kho Kho.
That is where Gravolite comes in.
As the official promotional partner of Gravolite for Kho Kho mats, Kho Kho Champions is proud to bring greater awareness of professional-grade Kho Kho flooring and complete court infrastructure to schools, academies, clubs, institutions, sports authorities, and tournament organizers.
Engineered Specifically for Kho Kho
Kho Kho involves explosive acceleration, sudden changes of direction, post-to-post movement, diving, sitting transitions, and high-speed chases.
A generic sports mat may not be designed to handle these movements.
Gravolite’s specialized Kho Kho mats are engineered around the demands of the sport, with options ranging from 25mm to 50mm thickness, including the 35mm tournament-standard configuration.
The result is a court designed to support athletes through the intensity of modern Kho Kho.
Why Gravolite Kho Kho Mats?
Federation-Approved Flooring
Gravolite’s Kho Kho flooring is positioned for professional and institutional use, with products associated with KKFI-approved competition infrastructure.
Tournament-Proven Performance
Gravolite flooring has been used across major Kho Kho environments, including the Kho Kho World Cup 2025, National Games, Khelo India Youth Games and National Kho Kho Championships.
High-Traction Surface Technology
The proprietary Quatre Pillar design is engineered to provide traction during explosive movements, sharp turns and diving actions.
Multiple Court Configurations
Choose between Roll In seamless mats and interlocking puzzle mats, depending on your facility and operational requirements.
Scalable Manufacturing Capacity
With manufacturing capability of up to 500 complete Kho Kho sets, Gravolite can support institutional and large-volume requirements.
The Roll In Advantage
A Seamless Court Designed for High-Speed Kho Kho
One of Gravolite’s distinctive solutions is its trademarked Roll In Mats configuration.
Unlike conventional puzzle-style flooring, the Roll In format creates a continuous playing surface with minimal joint interruptions.
That can be particularly valuable in a sport where athletes repeatedly accelerate, turn, dive and move across the entire court.
The technology was deployed at the 56th National Kho Kho Championship, demonstrating its application in a major competitive environment.
Why consider Roll In Mats?
- Continuous playing surface
- Reduced dependence on individual tile joints
- Fast installation and setup
- Suitable for professional events
- Easy storage and handling
- Designed for intensive Kho Kho movement
For tournament organizers and professional facilities, the objective is simple:
A court that keeps the focus on the game—not the flooring.
Interlocking Puzzle Mats
Flexible Flooring for Academies, Schools & Indoor Facilities
Not every facility requires a permanent tournament installation.
For schools, universities, academies, clubs and training centres, interlocking puzzle mats provide a modular flooring solution.
Precision-cut puzzle connections allow individual sections to lock together into a unified playing surface.
This makes them particularly suitable for:
- Kho Kho academies
- Schools and colleges
- Indoor sports halls
- District-level training centres
- Sports clubs
- Multi-purpose athletic facilities
The modular format also makes installation, replacement and expansion more practical for facilities with changing requirements.
The Quatre Pillar Difference
Designed Around the Movement of the Athlete
Kho Kho is not simply about running.
Athletes sprint, stop, turn, sit, dive and change direction within seconds.
Gravolite’s Quatre Pillar surface design has been developed to address these demanding movements.
Its specialized surface geometry is designed to provide high traction for footwear while helping reduce excessive friction during sitting and sliding movements.
For athletes, that means a playing surface designed around the actual mechanics of Kho Kho.
For facility owners, it means investing in flooring that is purpose-built rather than simply adapted from another sport.
Choose the Right Thickness for Your Facility
Gravolite manufactures Kho Kho mats across a 25mm–50mm thickness range, allowing facilities to select a configuration according to their application and requirements.
25mm–30mm
Suitable for selected training and institutional applications where budget and facility requirements need to be balanced.
35mm
The tournament-standard configuration for professional Kho Kho applications.
40mm–50mm
Higher-thickness configurations for facilities seeking additional cushioning and specific performance characteristics.

One Court. Multiple Competition Requirements.
Flexible Court Marking for Different Age Categories
A professional sports facility may need to accommodate different categories throughout the year.
Instead of relying exclusively on permanent markings, adjustable court marking tape can provide greater flexibility.
This allows facilities to modify court configurations for different competition categories while using the same flooring infrastructure.
That makes a professional Kho Kho court more adaptable for:
Senior competitions • Women’s competitions • Junior competitions • Sub-Junior competitions • Training sessions
One investment can therefore support multiple uses.
Complete Kho Kho Court Infrastructure
Gravolite’s offering goes beyond flooring.
Facilities can build a more complete Kho Kho setup through a range of associated equipment and accessories.
Kho Kho Poles
Heavy-duty Kho Kho poles designed for competition and training environments, with robust construction and smooth finishes.
Kho Kho Shoes
Flat, non-marking footwear designed to complement specialized Kho Kho flooring and provide traction during rapid movement.
Kho Kho Knee Pads
Protective equipment designed to provide additional cushioning during diving and hard-floor impact situations.
Digital Kho Kho Timers
Match-oriented digital timers designed to assist with match timing, chase durations and referee alerts.
Court Marking Tape
Adjustable marking solutions that allow facilities to configure courts for different competition requirements.
Instead of sourcing every component separately, institutions can explore a coordinated Kho Kho infrastructure solution.
Built for Institutions. Ready for Large Orders.
Whether you are developing a new Kho Kho academy or preparing infrastructure for a major competition, procurement requirements can vary significantly.

Gravolite’s manufacturing capability of up to 500 complete Kho Kho sets enables the brand to cater to requirements ranging from individual facilities to large institutional projects.
For bulk requirements, institutional procurement, infrastructure tenders and multi-court installations, buyers can request a custom commercial quotation based on:
- Court size
- Required mat thickness
- Roll In or interlocking configuration
- Quantity of courts
- Accessories and equipment
- Delivery location
- Installation requirements
Instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all package, the requirement can be evaluated according to the facility.
Why Professional Kho Kho Infrastructure Matters
The future of Kho Kho will not be built only by athletes.
It will also be built by the quality of the facilities where those athletes train and compete.
Professional flooring can contribute to a more consistent playing environment, while proper court equipment helps organizers conduct competitions more efficiently.
For academies, it can become part of the athlete-development environment.
For schools, it can transform an ordinary indoor hall into a dedicated sports facility.
For federations and tournament organizers, it can help create competition infrastructure that matches the growing professional standard of the sport.
